my weekend so far, since i started living in kl was filled with meet up with friends.

luckily almost all my close friends are working around the klang valley.

this w'end somehow, i x any have any plan!!

well i do have one but ; im suppose to go for a massage or facial but the place is fully booked, so me n housemate need to find one-free w'end to book our session ( we already paid for 3 session!)

yesterday i spent whole morning doing laundry, sweeping, mopping n cooking instant spaghetti.

n off to 2-hours shopping, yes only 2 hours!! hehe

spent the rest of the evening/nite online!! hehe :)

seriusly, i prefer to do some outdoor activities, cycling myb.

aah, myb u shud by a bicycle? hemm..

my convocation( at last!) on the 1st October 2011 ~ 011011.

LUCKY NUMBER 1.

had a tiring n great time.

but i wish i had more time to meet my friends!!

can't manage to find some of my dear friends as ppl r scattered around once we were out of the hall!!

I am terribly shock with the recent news bout cats abuse case during the Raya festive!

I send my cats to such pet hotel too (thank God we didn't have PETKNODE-I-WISH-U-X-EVER-EXIST) n x imagine if my cats that are suppose to be taken well turn up to be skinny and even worst, dead!

My sis did told me how she wish we had PETKNODE (im soo relief we x have one!) coz the rates r way much lower than the one we had back home.

We were charge RM15 (i think) for a cat per day instead of only RM3.99 at the hell hotel.

Deeply sympathy with those who lost their cats.

I can't imagine if I were in their place.

Hopefully this will be the last case that ever happen.

n I really really hope that the person responsible for such thing from PETKNODE-I-WISH-U-X-EVER-EXIST will be jailed!!!

now, that my working life begin,
one of the most precious thing is the WEEEEkend

yeah, the 48 hours (less actually if u minus sleeping etc.)
so, last w'end i went to a fren's for sleepover since both of housemates r not home.
she just move in to new house/room.

n on sunday we spend hours in kitchen main masak-masak..hehe
she's a good cook, so, mcm2 resepi nk buat.
eat 4 lauk for only 2 persons!!! haha

working life can be quite boring sumtime, need to colour it up / occupied the weekend wif fun things!
lucky i have few close cousins and friens to hang out with.
(n maybe need to find boyfriend too?? ^^ )

my fren asked if i ever thot of getting married since life right now seems pretty 'empty' (for her, not me)...
i x think of marriage right; no calon, no time plus no $$ !!!

but she has a point, there'll come certain stage where having family is the right and worth thing to do. ;)

in a drama, we always come across this scene where the heartless boss treated their employers with mean words, something that pierce right thru ur heart!!!
how i wish all this bosses lives ONLY in the drama.

n to make tgs worse, im not quite sure why on earth he had to say the things he said!!!

even if i spell out the conversation here,

its hard to figure out the cause for my 'big' boss to humiliate me in front of my new-found-fren/colleague!!!!!

im packing again for the zillion-th time this month.
n stuck between packing n surfing,
yeah need to google up for another upcoming nerve-wrecking interview session.
just receive the news this morning!!

coz the i'viewer had briefed us bout how crucial the session will b when i took the written test.
im pretty sure he's not scaring us up as i heard before how hard the session was.
so do hope he won't b able to make it to the i'view session. :D

i 'always' want to make my own kek batik or hedgehog slice
(which i x think a suitable name to translate in english, but thats most ppl call it),
but x get a chance to do so.

it x look pretty, but trust me, its yummy!!!

evry single person whom know how to make it said that it was an easy-peasy recipe.
been surfing and searching as there r various recipe!
some put in only UHT milk, mostly put condensed milk, some even put in vanilla extract n add more sugar eventho the condensed milk had been add in!

guess it's easy to make one, but to find ONE suitable recipe is HARD!!
there's like 101 recipe to choose!!
at last i chose my aunt's recipe (she's a good cook).
this post been made in February, but i only had the chance to do it last nite..hehe.

such a procrastinator!

so, this is the choosen INGREDIENTS:

600gm Marie Biscuit (i only bought Munchy's big packet, but it isn't enough)
6 eggs
3 cups of Milo
3 spoonful of cocoa powder ( use Van Houten's)
1 block of butter ( block use for butter?? i used Buttercup butter)
1/2 cup of Nestum (depend on u, most recipe x put in this)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (this is scary, 1 whole tin sounds terrifying sweet! coz im not a fan of condensed n x like it too sweet)
1 cup of water (not accurately 1 cup, depend on your guts!)

METHOD

- break the Marie biscuits into big pieces ( x break to small pieces)
- mix well MILO, cocoa powder, sweetened condensed milk and nestum
- whisk the eggs
- then heat up the milo mix, and add the eggs and butter
(make sure ur butter is not frozen)
- u have to stir this till its bit thick and lumpy (it depends on u, but make sure its not too thick or watery

- turn off the heat, and mix it to the biscuits
- put in ur baking tray, and press it according to the recipe,but i x know how to press it! coz mine turn out to be not so hard, guess i x stir the batter till its thick enough.
- chill it in ur fridge till it hard enough to be cut

mine turn out to be :

- OK since it the first attempt,better than most kek batik i bought which either b too dry or had less chocolaty taste in eat.
- bit sweet for me though pa said its OK...haha.guess he said it to make me feel better :)
(so, next time will only use 3/4 of the condensed milk)
- i think not enough biscuit, but its ok, since i like it to have more chocolaty taste

SO, do try this recipe!!

this is the saddest part of the concert.
it featured kangin, one of suju members who currently enrolled in the military services.
he's involved in some case and need to leave, but will be back after his training end.

everyone playing 'invisible' instrument and Handel’s musical classic track “Lascia ch’io pianga” as the backround music. Kangin image will slowly approach each member.
It's terribly sad :(

since this is the first time attending such a HUGE concert, i was worried that i might :

- get bored (eventho i know ALMOST ALL of the songs)

- hungry (i just bought roti n bicsuit)

but i think even for non-ELF they enjoyed the concert.

the energy level of the guys and the performance is well balanced!

aah, hope it can go on longer!! (its only 3 n half hour)

but they guys left for Seoul right after this concert, their flight around 11pm.

far left and right r our new ELF friends, both came alone so they joined us..hehe

the banner we held is giving FREE by fans club, i got like 10 diff types of it!!

i'm not sure what else FREE stuff they gave-away!

oh, there's also paper plane (yeah,fold paper plane) so u can write ur msg to the guys and 'fly' it while they r on stage.

the CNN reported a young man has been saved after 8 days!!
so there's still HOPE despite the radiation exposure, aftershock, n snowing condition.

it has been 2 and a half day n 2 types of flu pills but still im not fully recover!
i slept from 8.30 pm till 9am last nite!

had such a long journey from a.star (not sp, since i went to a.s to meet up wif sally first) to my friend's place.

we traveled by :

bus ; a.star - butterworth
ferry ; b'worth - georgetown
bus again ; g'town - airport
plane ; pen - subang
taxi ; subang - ktm station
ktm ; subang jaya - kl central
lrt ; kl central - jelatek

huh!! not complaining though

luckily i have sally s my travel companion!!! ^^

its been months x meet her, so we have a tons of stories to be share!

n with all the 2.30pm till 10pm travel, we still have few energy left to watch the midnite show of Adjustment Bureau.

at first the bad news for the day is : yonghwa-seohyun will be couple no more
n there was 15% discount for SS3 concert for the rock pit n RM376!!!

until the Sendai, the north-east part of Japan been hit by 8.9 earthquake / tsunami news.

watching the killer tsunami waves video

n the waves sweeping all the debris together.

it just heartbreaking!

before we have the Christchurch earthquake which terribly worried me coz my cousin Aliff is in NZ but he's way up north in Auckland, so there's notg to worry about.

n currently still very much happening is the Middle East uprising which shakes the world too.

with the tsunami warning for all the pacific region, evryone is worried.

worried that it will somehow turn out like the never-forgotten 2004 tsunami.

to those affected by this disaster, hold on n be patient.

this is a small 'test' for all of us.

suppose to spend this morning (like other morning),
googling for jobs while looking after the shop.

but today i've been eyeing on the facebook page of Running Into The Sun, the company who manage the ticket sales for Super Junior Show 3 next month for any current update n facebooking with aya for the info i got.

n lucky me, my best friend Aya will Q for the tickets (she's the only one in KL).
though we want to by the cheapest-but-actually-not-that-cheap RM226 tix,

we only manage to buy the RM376, the cheapest n the one near the stage (RM486) r sold out!!!

ppl been Q since last nite (i read they Q in parking lot!!!) n same been waiting till 5am!

i x really go to bed early last nite especially after watching the

KBS tear-jerker episode of 2 days 1 nite,

u can't help it but cry along when the foreign workers reunited with their families.

so i decided to do origami from the organizer i bought last year from it from Hoka-Hoka Bento, a japanese fast food restaurant in Indonesia.

i wish they have branch in M'sia!!

the organizer has snippet of their menu s well s on traditional Japanese games.

the organizer includes origami paper :))

and the instruction to do so.

it look simple but it wasn't!! i get confuse after Step 4 -_-''

it's been a very loong w'end some ppl last week.

i got 3 days off ;

aah, thank God they (my cousin bought the tixs without asking me n yana)
chose the right movie!!

i really thought its gonna be the usual kick-ass remake of superheroes movie

n thought some of us might fall asleep (even im afraid i will fall) coz it's been a tiring day for us.

but evryone except atah, who kinda fall asleep (i sat next to her) went out the hall happily!

evryone, except atah wanna watch it again!!

n jay chou act well n cool despite his not-so-obvious language barrier.

it's worth the $$ n time :))

it's definitely been a jalan-jalan or balik kampung week for most ppl

coz the highway back to kl especially was jam-packed! (does this words exist?)

it's been a looong Q to the R&R.

we're lucky the traffic wasn't that bad until we almost reach penang.

im sure the journey will prolong to 2-3 hours than usual.

anyway, it's been a good w'end ;)

i thot i have quite a lot but when i look back, i x have that many pun.

when i went to HK, i intend to blog every single possible day of my experience, but then,
fail to do sodue to the bad bad 'condition' of my lappy
n no net connection during the last month there.

i thot of doing a separate how-to-survive when u travel here n there too,

yeah, eventho the part one of the movie had already out
(the movie suck,just like the rest of its series)
n the book has been released 4 years ago!!
i manage to avoid any spoiler web/ fren who will spill all the secrets.

my fren only took 3 days to finish this 607 pages book.
but i took almost 1 months plus to read it.

i refuse to read it coz this mean my decade affair wif him will soon end :((
n because i only wanted to buy the US version cover of the book.
i've started to read the very 1st book back in 2000.

guess it's finally time to say goodbye :((
